Your privacy is highly important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information GranTurismo Group ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares when you use the ThermoHammer mobile application ("the App").

ThermoHammer is designed primarily as a hardware diagnostic utility. We aim to minimize data collection and maintain complete transparency regarding any data processed by the App.

1. Information We Collect

To facilitate core features of the App—such as the global benchmarking leaderboard—we collect minimal performance and device data:

  • Performance Metrics (Diagnostics): We collect your benchmark scores measured in GIPS (Giga Instructions Per Second), along with the selected test length (5, 15, or 30 minutes).
  • Device Specifications: We collect your device's model type (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro) and operating system version to allow accurate grouping on the leaderboard.
  • Identifiers: We may generate a random, anonymous installation identifier (UUID) or use your self-selected custom nickname to associate your test results with your rank on the leaderboard.

2. No Linkage to Real-World Identity

Strict Identity Protection:

The performance data, scores, and identifiers we collect are NOT linked to your real-world identity. We do not collect or request personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or account credentials.

3. Third-Party Services & Analytics

We may integrate third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics / Firebase) in future updates to help monitor stability, app interactions, and crash reports.

If implemented, these third-party services will process anonymous usage patterns and diagnostic metadata in accordance with their respective privacy policies. No personal or identifying data is shared with third-party advertisers.

4. How We Use Your Information

We process the collected, non-identifiable information solely to:

  • Generate and maintain the public comparison leaderboard.
  • Provide device-to-device performance analytics.
  • Analyze and resolve system-level stability bugs or performance bottlenecks.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

Leaderboard entries are retained on our secure backend servers. If you wish to have your anonymous leaderboard score or custom nickname removed from our servers, you may request deletion at any time by contacting us at the support email provided below.
